Hidden away from the movement of the beach and pools, the spa is calm, quiet, and intentionally unhurried. It’s a place guests drift into naturally – after time on the water, after travel, or simply when the body asks for rest.

Treatments
Treatments at Alaia Spa are simple, grounding, and focused on how you feel – not on excess.
Guests can choose from:

Heat & Cold
Within the same wellness area, the sauna and ice bath offer a powerful contrast – warmth that relaxes and cold that sharpens the senses.
This space is often used:
